eTruckToys ships most items via UPS or FedEx Ground. On a normal business day, your order is expected to ship from the warehouse within 24-48 hours after it is placed. In most cases this allows you to receive your product in 5-7 business days.

Some products may be "special ordered" due either to the custom nature of the product or warehouse stocking levels. These products will ship directly from the product manufacturer. In cases where a manufacturer advises of an extended delivery situation, we will contact you by email. Products ordered directly from the manufacturer will normally ship within 3 business days, making expected delivery 7-10 business days.

eTruckToys offers free ground shipping on certain products and during special promotion periods. The offer of free ground shipping is only available to customers in the lower 48 states. Certain products are specified as oversize and are not eligible for this program. Products will be shipped by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or regional delivery service. The exact shipping method will be determined by eTruckToys shipping department.
