With eTruckToys, returns are easy!

Return Policy
We guarantee satisfaction with all of the accessories we sell. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. To that end, we allow our customers to return ANY item purchased from us within 14 days (as long as doing so does not violate the manufacturer’s warranty return policy).

Orders returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee, and excluding any shipping costs.

eTruckToys does not accept returns of used or installed items, returns of products noted in the product description as non-returnable, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Return procedure
To return an item to us, you’ll need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA# in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s).

To get an RA#, please complete the request form on our Return Request page. A Customer Service representative will contact you within 1-2 business days with an RA# for your return.

Please insure that the RA# is noted on the returned merchandise, as shipments without a clearly posted RA# on the outside of the box will be refused.

Return Shipping
eTruckToys will pay return shipping costs only if the return is due to a manufacturers defect or as result of our error. We will provide you a pre-paid return shipping label to return the product to us.

Items returned for any other reason than manufacturers defect or our error will not be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label. This includes returns for reasons such as, “changed my mind”, “don’t like the product” and “ordered the wrong part.”

In cases when you are arranging return shipment, you must also purchase the shipper’s insurance covering the full product purchase amount to prevent your loss in case of a lost or damaged shipment by the shipper. No refunds will be issued on return items without proper insurance.

Return Credits
All returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. In order to receive full credit for your return (excluding restocking fees and shipping costs), the item must be returned in new condition.

All items for refund or exchange must be in new, ready-to-sell condition. The returned item must include all original installation hardware, instructions, packaging, and product paperwork that were part of the original package. These are the policies set forth by the product manufacturers; therefore we cannot accept any returned goods that don’t abide by this policy.

If a product has been installed, or is not in new condition (including original packaging and paperwork), or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

After we accept your return, the original credit card used will be credited for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax, excluding shipping and restock fees. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of your return and your credit.

Exchanges/Replacements
Items to be replaced must meet the same conditions and are subject to the same terms as items returned for refund. Non-defective items must be in a new, ready-to-sell condition with all original parts, packaging, and paperwork. Defective items must also be returned with the same items included in the original order.

If you request that an item be replaced, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your returned product. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Warranty
eTruckToys offers the best accessories available in the industry from the best manufacturers. Even with that fact, the reality is that product defects occur and products can fail. Just as in our retail stores, we are here to help you with an item that needs warranty assistance.

Any item purchased from us that is found defective under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. As warranties differ from item to item, please contact us by email or phone so we can help in resolving your warranty situation.
