They must be very consumer-friendly and able to be installed by an individual with reasonable mechanical abilities. We literally have access to thousands of different items, but our philosophy is that we are not trying to offer the most products, only the best.

As we are the largest truck cap dealership in Illinois, some of the items we offer through our retail stores are impossible to distribute through the web. The shipping may be impractical or too expensive, or the product itself may require trained professional installation. Those types of products can only be offered through our retail stores.

Our web store is a separate division from our retail stores, running on an entirely different computer platform, so prices may be different. Also, manufacturers will run specials throughout the year that are "web-only" or "retail-only" specials. We are committed to offer you the best products and value from both our web and retail operations.

As products are warehoused at multiple locations, we are not offering in-store pickup of web orders at this time. We hope to offer this service in the future.

Yes, our stores will install product purchased through eTruckToys. Please contact the nearest store for an appointment to have the product professionally installed.

Our prices are very competitive and in many cases are among the lowest you will see on the internet. We do not offer price matching, as many of the truck accessory sites offering a "guaranteed lowest price" policy, are not authorized dealers and do not offer the customer any service after the sale.
